If prices adjust post-pre-order, you will be notified with the option to cancel. Updated prices apply to confirmed or delivered orders.

Pre-Order

Pre-order allows you to reserve products before their official launch date.

Delivery

Pre-ordered items aim to ship on the launch date upon payment processing, subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice, and delivery dates may change.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Return/Refund Policy

We offer free returns within seven (7) days for defective or damaged perfumes only. All products are genuine; suspected counterfeits will be inspected, and if unresolved, replaced with an identical item at no cost. Refunds are not permitted. Returns are ineligible if:

2. The product has been used.
3. Perfume quantity is reduced.
4. Items are marked non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy
