Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Severe weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Dubai Perfume Hub is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
All parcels are sent with tracked delivery.
Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, Dubai Perfume Hub cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
